Decline a vaccine.  We encourage patients to be vaccinated each year to protect themselves and others at risk throughout winter.  We understand that some patients do not wish to be vaccinated for a range of reasons.

Information about the flu vaccine is available here.

If you still do not wish to have the vaccination please let us know, drop in the return slip on your flu letter or email us: Fluadmin.W98007fmg@wales.nhs.uk

Covid Boosters

Covid boosters will be given to patients over 65's and those with COPD, everyone else will be appointed to the local vaccination centres in due course.

We will also be visiting our housebound patients.

Flu and Covid vaccines can be given at the same time, but if required separately you will have to wait two weeks before returning for the other.

Unwell or have symptoms? Do not attend if you are unwell or have covid symptoms.  We cannot vaccinate if your unwell or taking antibiotics, so again please wait until your better.  An adult who has tested positive for COVID needs to wait a minimum of 4 weeks before we will vaccinate them

Surgery rules: Stick to your appointment time, wear a face covering & maintain social distancing.
